All items (excluding pre-orders) will be dispatched within 2 business days of ordering. *T's & C's Apply.
New Zealand (non-rural North Island): Delivery can be expected within 1-2 business days following dispatch.
New Zealand (non-rural South Island): Delivery can be expected within 2-3 business days following dispatch.
New Zealand (rural North Island): Delivery can be expected within 3-4 business days following dispatch.
New Zealand (rural South Island): Delivery can be expected within 4-5 business days.
We have a flat rate of $20 for URBAN shipping to Australia for 60x90cm backdrops (or smaller).

We will accept returns on damaged items due to shipping but cannot accept due to change of mind.
Before posting your return please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returns must be received within 2 business days of receiving your order. Returns and exchanges received outside of the above time frame will not be accepted.
Additional shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. We will contact you to arrange the redelivery of your exchange.
Once the item has been received by our team you will either be contacted to arrange the redelivery of your exchange or issued a store credit on the original cost of the goods (excluding shipping charges). If there are signs that the item has been used or damaged after unboxing we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Please note if a store credit is redeemed at a later date an additional freight fee will be charged, even if the credit is used towards goods over the value of $99. Free freight can only be applied once at the time of the initial transaction.
We take special care to check all items are free from any faults before being sent to you. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item we ask that you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, outlining the issue and attaching any relevant images. Returns of faulty goods must occur within 2 business days of receiving your parcel. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to general wear and tear, or mishandling, will not be accepted as faulty. We offer a direct exchange on faulty goods.
